Shipping policy
Please allow 24 hours for order processing, subject to product availability and payment verification.
Once an order is placed on brandkoka.com, it cannot be modified or cancelled, so please make sure all order details are accurate before checkout.
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays or major Indian holidays.
All orders are shipped from Gurugram, Haryana.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.
In case a product suddenly becomes unavailable even after the order is placed, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Refunds generally take 5–10 business days to reflect.
All orders are reviewed for security purposes and may be cancelled by Brand Koka at any time.
Once your order has been packed and processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking details.
Orders may experience shipping delays during festivals, high-demand periods, launches, or promotional sales.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
Items marked as Pre-Order will ship once they arrive at our facility.
Pre-Order items are fully charged at checkout to reserve stock.
Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after placement.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
Once proof of delivery is updated by the courier, Brand Koka is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
All delivery risks transfer to the courier once dispatched.
RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY (VERY IMPORTANT)
Brand Koka only provides Returns or Exchanges in case the product received is damaged or defective.
We do not accept returns/exchanges for:
– Size issues
– Color difference
– Preference change
– Wrong purchase
– “I don’t like it” reasons
Return/exchange is only applicable if:

✔ item arrived defective
✔ wrong product received
A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened is mandatory to claim a return / exchange.
Without the unboxing video, Brand Koka cannot process replacement or refund.
