Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you.

2. Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

We only offer return, refund, or exchange in the following situation:

or

✔️ Product is defective

There are no returns or exchanges for size, color preference, wrong selection, or any other personal choice reason.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To approve damage or defect claims, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must show:

  • The sealed package

  • Opening process

  • Condition of product

Without a valid unboxing video, BrandKoka reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests.


Product Condition

Item must:

  • Be unused (unless damaged in transit)

  • Have original tags & packaging

  • Should show actual shipping damage (not post-delivery damage)


3. Refund Process

Once approved:

  • Refund will be issued within 5–7 working days

  • Refund will be processed back to original payment mode


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT offer return/exchange for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Wrong product selection

  • Personal dislike

  • Products without unboxing video

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)


5. Damaged / Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide:

  • Unboxing video

  • Photos of damaged items

  • Complete packaging photos

Once approved:
We will replace or refund the item as per availability.


6. Additional Notes

  • All refunds & exchanges are subject to approval

  • BrandKoka reserves full rights in case policy terms are not met
